Dundee's definitely the place to attract lots of good dancers from Aberdeen (not so far as Glasgow), Edinburgh - only an hour, Glasgow - just over an hour, not too bad, Perth - stone's throw, Stirling - not much further and Inverness - well, hey they're addicted!
I know I'm biased, but I love the venue, the floor's fab and the area outside the bar is great if you need to escape for a while. To be fair, I don't think any venue would have been cool yesterday, unless you were dancing ON ICE!
I danced with nearly all of my favourite dancers, but unfortunately not many people that I don't already know - I'm hoping to remedy that on the nights that DD is dj-ing.
And funnily enough, I am interested in your linen trousers and the slipping problem (happens to me too ;) ). I look forward to your blog as an unbiased opinion of the night - as often I can only see the good things.
Thanks for our dance, I'm glad we managed to get at least one - and please do ask me in Stirling, if I don't get the chance to ask you.
