Aching for the GUU
Paid a brief visit to the GUU tonight – just for the freestyle…
I had planned to do at least the intermediate class, but a bit of a stomach-ache help me back.
Once it had cleared though, I popped down the road for an hour or so of freestyle. Again, as yesterday, there were folks there expecting to see me.
Glad I went. Had some lovely dances. When I arrived the music was unusually bluesy, but it suited my mood. Think I enjoyed all the music I heard, and every dance I had was a true pleasure.
I received a rather nice compliment from two girls tonight, as they both delayed leaving in order to dance with me. I’m glad they did, as I especially like dancing with both of them.
