Blowing hot and cold
I love my nights at JJ’s, and I loved tonight.
If I’m allowed one wee gripe though, it’s that the air conditioning was first turned too hot, then too cold, then too hot again! Can’t they just set a temperature of , I guess, 20º and leave it at that?
Edinburgh Xmas Party!
Not long back from the Edinburgh Christmas party… I had a great time. Not much else to say.
Home and Away
Back to JJ’s tonight after missing it last week. In many ways, although I started at the GUU and it’s just down the road from me, Jumpin’ Jack’s is my “home” venue, in that it’s the one I would try hardest not to miss. It also seems to be the place I have my best dances.

Stirling Glitter Ball!
Last night was the Stirling Glitter Ball – celebrating all things Christmassy and glittery! I had a fantastic time.
Route 66 debut
I finally made it to Route 66 tonight. This is been an event I’ve been trying to get to for months – since at least August. A couple of months ago there was a bit of controversy on the forum when one of the organisers suggested I shouldn’t attend as I probably would like it.
So you’ll be dying to know what I think…
Stirling Cha Cha
Last night I went to Stirling, and managed to attend both the “Focus on…” workshop and the freestyle afterwards…
Not Salsa week 9…
Went for my last Salsa class of the year, but it was cancelled…

Had some great dances with some of favourite dancers, and found a couple of new favourites…

Smooth Grooves in Stirling
Managed to make the “Smooth Grooves” freestyle in Stirling tonight…
I’d been before – the weekend of the Aberdeen Beach Ballroom event (which I am sorry to say I haven’t written up yet) but this time I managed to get to stay for the dancing, though I missed the workshop. (Heard it was really good though!)
Salsa week 8
