This is one of the reasons for losing good venues because the bar staff/venue management get totally hacked off, and they make little enough revenue from the bar takings anyhow - however, the Henry Wood Hall has been sold off (I think) and is going to be redeveloped - sadly not into a better venue for us.........................that power socket in the middle of the dance floor is incredibly badly situated - I've almost fallen into it soooooooo many times. Sat in last night and watched "Shall We Dance" - again!
