Hey! Hope the GUU was a little more lively than last week. And why did the girls have to move around when there were more guys?!? "...and occasionally each guy would end up partner-less." Oh well boohoo, how do you think we feel every week? Although, I supposse that it can be alot harder for the guys in the Intermediate class... Those moves sound good, but I can't visualise any of them.

As for the beginner "teacher", I have danced with a guy a couple of times whom also likes to "teach" you how to do moves in the middle of a dance, but not very nicely. He'll just stop, yell "wrong!!" and then force me to try it again! He is blacklisted now, so no more dances for him! hmph

There were lots of your 'usual suspects' missing?! Well, you're always telling me how you need to dance with a more varied selection of ladies, so there, you had the perfect opportunity :D

And as for that 'dirty dancing' move, I can't for the life of me remember what it is you are talking about  I'll probably remember later, but you can show me on tuesday anyway. Is it just a kind of wiggly, walky move?

Admit it Robert, that was you. :D

Should say... The dirty dancing move is little more than a stylised "step across". I wouldn't have thought that would be a particularly memorable moment in the film, but then it must have been sufficiently for the girl who recognised it and reported it to me.

I really need to double-check it in case my memory has gone wrong, or it was a case of mistaken identity.

Go Swayze!

We had men over for the first time I can recall in about 6 months last night in the intermediates. Most amusing because it meant the man who made the mad dash to get prime spot by the fan was the first person to get moved on!
